Jesus , The Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever!

In  "The Name of  Only Jesus (Himself )" The Son of God

 Peace  unto  you

First it needs to be said that what follows seems like reasonable observations that need to be wondered about.
I am not trying to cause anyone grief over the things written here.  The idea that
an organized, institutional religious system needs to be set up
with persons of Authority  (Titles of Position)  concerns me. It seems that the Gospels direct us to tell  everyone to trust in Jesus leaving us in the hands of G-d's advocate, The Holy Spirit ... and ... that our responsibility is to lead others to that advocate.
The Gospel is the story of how Jesus purchased that advocacy  for us with his life.

1

It is written that , 3 times , Jesus asked Peter :

Peter, Do you love me?   Yes I do,  Yes I do, said Peter, I've already said it twice, of course I love you Lord

Then please feed My sheep!

(Jesus did not ask Peter to gather  a flock of sheep together of his own, give the flock a name, and feed them;  Jesus did not ask Peter to separate some of the sheep from  Jesus'  flock, give the flock a name, and feed them;

Jesus  did say feed " MY "  SHEEP !

Here On Earth:

How does a real shepherd, with a real flock of sheep, feed them?  ( think about this! )

He is not like a Food counter Clerk standing behind the counter at a fast food restaurant, letting the sheep look at the Specials on the reader board out front, or the menu hung on the wall and offering them the special of the day and taking their money.

Nor is he like a Cook or a Waiter trying to suggest what each sheep should look at in the menu booklet , while they are seated  in his restaurant,  and serving it to them, asking them to pay, and waiting  for his expected tip.

A real Shepherd doesn't lead sheep to any place that  resembles a "Restaurant"  where food is prepared by Men.

A real shepherd guides his sheep in the wilderness to a place of "green pasture" where he knows wholesome food is in abundance, Food that is not prepared by men, but where food was put their by God,  for that purpose, naturally. Grazing in the fresh air, by living water gives satisfaction and nourishment for renewing their health and strength.

"AND THE SHEEP KNOW HIS VOICE"

Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness    /   Thou  preparest  a table before me in the presence of mine enemies

And what does that shepherd do while the sheep are eating, chewing, and swallowing just ONE small mouthful at a time, and digesting and receiving strength and health from their food?........... He protects the sheep from the  wolves!

( Think about this )

In The Kingdom of Heaven:

A true shepherd of  the Kingdom of Heaven is not any different.  It is in his nature to lead his sheep to a place where he knows  wholesome food,  prepared by God Himself,  is in abundance and The real food that God has prepared for you brings  health and strength  and is not kept secretly within the four walls of any organized  religious faith. The wilderness "is" outside the walls of organized religion,  and the  place "is" the relationship with the Holy Spirit ( it's inside you).

Jesus asked Peter to do this when He said: "Peter,  Feed my Sheep"

Jesus is saying :

" ( Peter, lead my sheep to the Holy Spirit ) "

Jesus knew that Simon Barjona  knew how to hear  the Holy Spirit,  when Peter said to Jesus "You are the Messiah" That's why he re-named  him  " Peter "    The Rock.

( for God ( Himself) is Spirit and those who trust Him must receive Him that way.)

Believe in Jesus ( Himself ),  Ask God ( Himself)   for the Holy Spirit, Trust the Holy Spirit ,  Have faith,  Be patient, and avoid feeding your soul the things that have been dedicated to making money for the wolves  ( the one's wearing sheep's clothing )   . Learn to forgive, as You have been forgiven by God

Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.  Think about it.

Do what they say, don't do what they do.

Jesus (Himself) , The same Yesterday, Today, and Forever

The Messiah, Lord, and Savior

THE LORD (Himself ) is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in
green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

We often get so caught up in trying to understand what the Bible is saying, we overlook the obvious.

Jesus is immortal, and He could have easily stayed on this planet for 2000 more years ( just a drop in the "bucket of time" when you compare 2000 years to immortality)  to teach us and help us understand the Scriptures and learn all that we desire to know about God Himself, eternal life, and the Kingdom of Heaven.

Here is the obvious question we overlook:  Why did Jesus Himself  rise in the clouds and physically leave us ?  The answer to this question is one of the most important things a human can ever perceive and experience.

Jesus told his disciples the answer: "Because if I don't go, the  Holy Spirit  won't be able to come! "

Now go tell your friends what only Jesus ( Himself ) has done for you.

 Jesus  (Himself) is there!

The Kingdom of Heaven  ( Itself )   is within you!

              See you there.

You Never see "even ONE  time" ...Jesus (Himself)... calling  anyone....yes, anyone... with  a :  " TITLE "  OF PASTOR. ..Period.

Pastor is not a "Title of position".  It is a protective Function, not a "Title" of position.. What am I saying? An example would be dignitaries, ambassadors, etc. They all have a protective group...body-guards....if you will. The body guards do not stand in front of the dignitaries and preach to them! The body guards are functioning quietly in the background......(This is what a  "real" "PASTOR" should be doing)......watching for the bad guys. Are they friends with the ambassadors? I'm sure they are. Do they talk with the ambassadors? I'm sure they do. .

Again...Bodyguards do not! .... do not! stand in front of Ambassadors and preach to them......

I know you can understand this. Their function is to warn you of the enemy when they see you are in danger, and to stop the bad guy. That is what the function of a True Shepherd is too.

"FUNCTION...FUNCTION...FUNCTION.... NOT  .......TITLE...TITLE...TITLE..."
